Hi, I’m Ashley René!

The heart behind The Soulmatic Feminine and the guide behind Body Wisdom Sessions.

My work is rooted in helping people reconnect with the wisdom already living inside their bodies. Through somatic healing, breathwork, sound, gentle hands-on techniques, and Traditional Chinese Medicine–informed insight, I create a grounded, supportive space where the nervous system can settle, the body can soften, and deeper healing can begin.

My path into this work grew from years in healthcare and my own journey of learning how to listen to my body, not override it. I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm disconnect us from ourselves. And I’ve also witnessed the profound shifts that happen when we learn to slow down, tune in, and trust the body’s signals.

Today, my work centers around Body Wisdom Sessions, workshops, and community-centered experiences designed to help you build capacity, restore balance, and feel more at home within yourself.

Beyond the session room, I’m deeply inspired by seasonal living, the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the power of supportive community. I believe healing happens not in isolation—but in safe, intentional spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My mission is simple:
to help you learn the language of your body so you can live with clarity, resilience, and deep self-trust.

My Story

In 2020, I began a journey that would change the course of my life, not just mentally, but physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

At the time, I was deeply burnt out. I had spent years working in healthcare administration, watching patients move through a system that often felt rushed, disconnected, and misaligned with true healing. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and searching for a way to reconnect with myself. That search led me inward.

I began exploring somatic healing, meditation, breathwork, and energy-based practices, not as an escape, but as a way to understand my own body. Through that journey, I developed what would later become my signature embodiment practice, Soulmatic Alchemy Flow. A blend of gentle movement, somatic awareness, breath, and meditation designed to help the body feel safe enough to soften and release.

For a time, I believed my path was meant to exist outside of traditional healthcare spaces. I stepped into entrepreneurship, hosting workshops and supporting women who were seeking healing and reconnection.

But even in that season of growth, I felt a quiet pull.

What I eventually realized was that I hadn’t left healthcare behind, I had been prepared to return to it differently.

In 2023, I stepped back into the clinical world, joining Art of Health, a chiropractic office that aligned deeply with my values. Over the past three years working as a chiropractic office manager, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing healing from a new perspective. One that honors both structure and nervous system support, both clinical care and human connection.

It was here that everything began to integrate.

My leadership skills, my healthcare background, my somatic training, and my deepening relationship with God all began to shape the work I do today.

Through my time in the clinic, I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, stress, and overwhelm show up not just emotionally, but physically in the body. I’ve watched patients and providers alike carry the weight of responsibility, pressure, and fatigue. And I’ve also seen how powerful healing can be when people are given tools to slow down, listen to their bodies, and reconnect with their internal wisdom.

At the same time, my faith deepened…

My relationship with God became more grounded, more personal, and more central to my work. I began to see my gifts not as something I created, but as something entrusted to me. Tools meant to serve others, support healing, and create spaces where people feel safe enough to be fully present in their bodies.

Today, my work has evolved into what I now offer through Body Wisdom Sessions. A grounded, integrative approach that blends somatic healing, breathwork, sound, gentle hands-on techniques, and Traditional Chinese Medicine–informed insight.

This work isn’t about fixing people, it’s about helping people learn the language of their bodies.

What I’ve learned, through my own healing, through my work in healthcare, and through my walk with God, is this: Healing happens when the body feels safe, the nervous system feels supported, and the spirit feels held.

Now, I am on a mission to help those who love what they do, but feel overwhelmed by the demands of life, build capacity, restore balance, and lead from a place of clarity, resilience, and deep self-trust.

Not by pushing harder…
But by learning to listen.

My Mantra:

"Learn the Language of the Body, Feel the Whispers of Your Soul"

True healing isn’t just about changing our thoughts, it’s about learning to listen to the body.

In a world that teaches us to push through discomfort, override fatigue, and analyze our way through stress, we often miss the quiet wisdom our bodies are offering us every day. Healing begins when we slow down long enough to notice the signals; the tension, the breath, the rhythm, the subtle shifts that tell us something needs attention.

Over the years, through both my personal healing journey and my work inside a chiropractic clinic, I’ve seen how stress, burnout, and life transitions don’t just live in the mind, they live in the body. They show up as tight shoulders, shallow breath, fatigue, overwhelm, and nervous systems that never truly get the chance to rest.

The body speaks in sensation, posture, breath, and rhythm.

When we slow down and listen, we begin to hear the whispers of the soul…the gentle nudges that guide us toward balance, clarity, and deeper self-trust. Not through force or perfection, but through presence.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about building capacity (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) so you can hold more of life with steadiness and resilience.

As my faith has deepened, I’ve come to see this work not as something separate from God, but as a way of honoring the body He created. When we listen to our bodies, care for our nervous systems, and remain open to divine guidance, we create space for restoration, wisdom, and transformation to unfold.

When we learn the language of the body and honor the whispers of the soul, we begin to live with greater clarity, deeper trust, integrity and the ability to move through life with presence, purpose, and peace.
